2. Description of Service

CloakImg AI provides AI-powered image editing tools including:

• AI Image Upscaler: Enlarge images using Real-ESRGAN super-resolution.
• Background Remover: Remove image backgrounds using Rembg U²-Net.
• Image Compressor: Reduce file size using Sharp & libvips.
• PNG to JPG Converter: Convert PNG images to JPG format.
• Image Resizer: Change image dimensions to custom sizes.
• ID Photo Maker: Create passport, visa, and ID photos.

3. Free vs Pro Plans

Free Plan:

• Limited daily operations (3-5 per tool per day).
• Max upscale resolution: 4MP.
• Max compress file size: 5MB.
• Max resize resolution: 2048px.
• Standard background removal quality.

Pro Plan:

• Unlimited daily operations.
• Upscale up to 64MP.
• Compress up to 50MB.
• Resize up to 8192px.
• Premium HD background removal.
• Priority email support.
• Early access to new features.

4. Subscription & Billing

Pro subscriptions are available on a monthly ($9.99) or yearly ($79.99) basis.

• Payment: Processed securely via Gumroad. We do not store payment information.
• Billing Cycle: Monthly subscriptions renew every 30 days. Yearly subscriptions renew every 365 days.
• Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time from your Gumroad account.
• Refunds: Refunds are handled by Gumroad according to their refund policy. Please contact Gumroad support for refund requests.

5. Fair Use Policy

We reserve the right to limit excessive usage that impacts service quality for other users. Pro users receive priority access and are not subject to daily limits.

Activities considered excessive include:

• Thousands of operations per day that affect server performance.
• Automated or scripted usage without prior approval.
• Reselling or redistributing the service.

6. User Content & Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to your images. CloakImg AI claims no ownership of any content you upload or generate using our tools.

By using our Service, you grant us a limited license to process your images solely for the purpose of providing the Service. Images are automatically deleted after processing.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to use our Service for:

• Illegal or unlawful purposes.
• Creating or distributing harmful content.
• Uploading images that violate others' rights.
• Attempting to circumvent our security measures.

8. Privacy & Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy for detailed information on how we collect, use, and protect your data.

9. Service Availability & Uptime

We strive to provide 99.9% uptime for our Service. However, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability due to:

• Planned maintenance (announced in advance).
• Technical issues beyond our control.

10. Limitation of Liability

CloakImg AI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of our Service, including but not limited to:

• Data loss or corruption.
• Business interruption.

You agree to indemnify and hold CloakImg AI harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
